The winners of the work environment project of the year 2023 competition

Dagmar & Rakka Works

Marketing agency Dagmar moved to new premises on Annankatu in Helsinki in the summer of 2022. The change in work environment also meant a change in working methods. The goal was to create a new way for the work community to work in new spaces and common rules to support the use of the space.

Senaatti-kiinteistöt

Together with 10 state actors/agencies, Senaatti-kinteistöt has produced a common work environment in Joensuu. The solution meets the needs of hybrid working hours with its flexibility, and through it, even smaller organizations are offered the opportunity to utilize the facilities and services of a versatile multi-space environment.

Trevian & Flock

Trevian’s new premises in Erottaja2 are designed to respond to the changed space needs due to the pandemic. The goal was to create an office where, above all, you will meet colleagues and customers, but which also offers a calm environment for brain work. Design agency Flock was responsible for the design of the new office.

Sitra & Fyra

The renovation of Sitra’s offices located in Ruoholahti followed the principles of future anticipation and responsibility. The renovation process of the business premises carried out by design agency Fyra focused on updating the work environment on the seventh floor and renewing the hybrid event space on the sixth floor.

Workspace

Workspace designed and developed the Sanoin Observations application as well as a data warehouse and a method for data interpretation. With the help of the developed entity, we find out what working in the office looks like in comparison to the organization’s strategic goals and in relation to comparison data.

JLL

JLL’s organization moved from previously grouped and designated workstations by units to a fully shared and flexible work environment with the relocation. Spatial solutions and technical features were used to better consider hybrid work and the well-being of the personnel.
